OUR STRATEGY
HOW WE DO IT
Each member gets the opportunity to write & direct 1-2 projects/year
Production Company assists with the pre-production, production and post-production of the Director's short film
Each month has a designated 'production weekend' and all the members are requiered to participate
Each 'production weekend' has a desinated Director and the rest of the team provides support in one of the pre-asigned crew positions
Shorts are delivered to festivals, competitions and/or commercial clients
ROTATING POSITIONS
Each 'production weekend' members will rotate in the following positions:
Writer/Director
Assistant Director
AC/Gaffer
Production designer/Art
Sound/Boom
FIXED POSITIONS
Production company is responsible for the following positions:
Producer
Cinematographer
Colorist
